The Quantum Empowerment Coaching Program

What Coaching Is and Is Not:

  • Coaching is powerful, enjoyable and can often be funny.
  • Empowerment Coaching is about becoming powerful, and using that power to create positive change in who you are and how you live, which then changes your life experiences and the people you draw into your life. After all, "birds of a feather flock together".
  • If an athlete isn't willing to be honest about what mistakes he/she is making, how can he/she ever hope to improve? Honesty, responsibility and open communication, as well as trust, are required for this process to work.

Similarly, a Life Coach helps you play the game of life, but only through guidance and support. People often come to Life Coaches and therapists wanting to be fixed, and people also avoid the same because they don't want to look at themselves as being broken, but this is Not An Accurate Perspective!

A coach is a guide, not someone who fixes a broken person. We can't make the change for you, only guide you in making the changes yourself. We can tell you how to do things better, but you still have to be willing to admit when you're making a mistake in order to learn to correct it, and then you still have to make the change yourself, we just have unusually powerful ways to help you do that which most people haven't been taught.

  • The truth is always good news, because even though it can be hard to realize what you learned and habits you created are not true or beneficial, it frees and empowers you to learn to do better. True knowledge (wisdom) is powerful, and the truth sets you free from wrong thinking, helping you understand yourself and how to better accomplish your goals.

Coaching is not about condemning what you do wrong or even blaming anyone; in fact a good coach will teach you that those ways of thinking are often not even accurate! It's about learning to do things the best way possible and get rid of bad habbits and wrong beliefs; replacing them with real and true wisdom and helpful habits, in order to stop sabotaging yourself and become your most confident and powerful self.

  • Coaching is about helping people create the kind of life which is truly fulfilling and therefore worth living: enjoyable and filled with passion, which then attracts joyful and passionate friends and partnerships, personal and business alike.

  • Profound insight and change can be accomplished in as little as a few minutes. It's not about quantity; it's about the quality of the discussion: the insights gained and how that changes your perspective and thinking, which then helps you understand yourself and create a better way of doing things.

  • Coaching is not what a Drill Sergeant does. It's what a loving parent or good athletic coach does. It's not about telling you what you do wrong, what to do or how to do it: it's about guiding, encouraging and supporting you through the process of becoming the person you want to be and creating the life you truly want to have.

No one can do the work for you, but a coach understands what needs to be done and not done and gives you that knowledge: saving you time by empowering you with the wisdom and mindset to grow faster, easier and more courageously to become more powerful than you would trying to figure it all out on your own, with all the mistakes that come without wise guidance.

Not having a coach to guide you is like trying to blaze a trail through a jungle you have never learned about, with all the pitfalls dangers and struggles, getting lost and turned around, risking life and limb, that it entails. If you can find a wise and trustworthy guide, it's foolish not to bring him/her along.

Having a coach is having a guide, protector, mentor and friend all in one who knows how to get you safely through the jungle the quickest and easiest way possible, avoiding needless danger and mistakes.

  • Your coach doesn't have to know your whole life story in order to help you. As in sports, your coach simply has to know what you do and how you do it, see the mistakes, and guide you through the learning and growth changes you need to make to correct them.

  • A good coach understands what you are going through because he/she has experienced, whether him/herself or by learning from the mistakes of others, what it's like and how to make it right, and can share the wisdom of those experiences with you. Don't be afraid to ask for examples to help you not only understand, but apply what you are learning.
